Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Prooflock, operated by Antithetical Labs LLC. By creating an account, you agree to them.

Prooflock lets you send watermarked previews and unlock your original files when your client pays. Prooflock is not a partyto the deal between you and your client — your client pays through your own connected Stripe account, under Stripe's terms, and any dispute or refund on those payments is between you and your client.

Keep your login secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. Don't upload illegal or infringing content or malware, and don't use Prooflock to harm others. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

You own the files you upload. You grant us permission to host, watermark, and deliver them to the client you choose, and you're responsible for holding the rights to what you upload. If you believe content on Prooflock infringes your rights, email us and we'll address it.

Paid plans bill in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period and access continues until then. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial periods.

This covers your Prooflock subscription only. Payments your clients make on your invoices are handled by Stripe and are between you and your client.

We work to keep Prooflock reliable, but it's provided “as is,” without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the prior twelve months.

You can stop using Prooflock and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms. On termination, your files are removed per our retention schedule.

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here and, for material changes, let you know. Continued use means you accept the update.
